I have downloaded the 4.7-RC2 ISO image, and did a fresh install on my
test system. Indeed there is the problem with the KDE installation, and
of course the minor, silly looking (but easy to fix) problem with gdb
that I reported earlier this week, see

Otherwise this looks like a very solid release. I'll try to do a few
installations on other hardware tomorrow. Anyhow, congratulations and
