Hello.

I'm trying to use Polish native chars (ISO8859-2) in manuals.
I'm not able to force groff to do this. Actually I want to translate
those manuals to postscript and then to pdf, but I've problem
with Polish encoding while running groff with '-Tps'.

Any hints?
