Right; I encountered the same thing. Locally reverting src/sys/netinet/ip_fw.h rev. 1.100.2.6 appears to have fixed it for me: after doing that, I was able to successfully build, install, and boot. And yes, I use IPFW. :-} The issue appears to be that src/sbin/ipfw/ipfw2.c references ipfw_insn_pipe, which 1.100.2.6 dyked out out ip_fw.h. I don't know that reverting 1.100.2.6 was the "correct" thing to do; it may be better to change ipfw2.c to not try to refer to it. I've Cc:ed Julian, since he committed the changes.
