  Log:
  My very old patch that allows kgdb to accept a dyadic frame spec
  (i.e., you can jump to an arbitrary frame given by frame pointer
  and instruction pointer values).  The soon-to-commit revised
  kernel-debug.FAQ will demonstrate how to use it.
