Screenshot: ZFS configuration: two disks available

Maybe add a subsection for striping (the default) using only one disk. 

(In this case, striping is a misnomer, but we can't do better without a change
to the installer.)

Something like the attached screenshot could show that if multiple disks are
available (maybe one internal, one external) no more than one should be
selected.
