I'm also seeing similar errors, I have this hardware:

em0@pci0:0:31:6:        class=0x020000 card=0x86721043 chip=0x15b88086 rev=0x31
hdr=0x00
    vendor     = 'Intel Corporation'
    device     = 'Ethernet Connection (2) I219-V'
    class      = network
    subclass   = ethernet


Running "ifconfig em0 -tso4" makes the machine stable for me.
