SVN rev 200403 on 2009-12-11 10:35:58Z by luigi
only export bio_cmd and flags to userland (bio_cmd are
used by ggatectl, flags are potentially useful).
Other parts are internal kernel data structures and should
not be visible to userland.
No API change involved.
