There is a "ATA_ENABLE_DMA" or some such option in the
kernel config.  I tried both setting, the default (GENERIC) kernel
setting is "unset".

No overclocking.

It look like the old SCSI card I use in Win98 is using IRQ 11 as well.
I'll pull it and see what happens....
