UFS2, spinning disks in a gmirror (but also happened on single disk). No tr=
im
enabled.

I just tried to ls /usr/ports after but ls just hung, didn't try anything e=
lse.
kill -9 the ls process didn't respond, just stuck at biorw or something sim=
ilar
to biorsomething.
