bounce_buffer_1.patch

Here is a first cut at a bounce buffer patch for gptboot/gptzfsboot.  I have
not tested this at all (though it does compile).  This might actually fix the
issue however as it should use a bounce buffer for any I/O request to a
destination buffer above 1MB.
