this dump is out of context and it hard to say what it really means, but 
my guess would be this query means "return record handles for all 
registered services that use L2CAP". i've never seen this before, but 
SDP queries like this work with my SE k700i phone. it is also possible 
to query for all OBEX services (just replace L2CAP UUID with OBEX UUID).
