Hi all, After cvs'upping (about 12 hours ago) and building world/kernel vinum stopped working. It does show my two disks but nothing more. I also get an error message right after the bootloader: msgbuf cksum mismatch (read a5886, calc a5efb) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- The output of vinum: vinum -> list 2 drives: D b State: up /dev/ad6s1e A: 77903/77903 MB (100%) D a State: up /dev/ad4s1e A: 77903/77903 MB (100%) 0 volumes: 0 plexes: 0 subdisks: ----------------------------------------------------------------------- slopuh# uname -a FreeBSD slopuh.debank.tv 5.1-CURRENT FreeBSD 5.1-CURRENT #20: Tue Aug 5 20:13:13 CEST 2003 rob@slopuh.debank.tv:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/SLOPUH i386 I don't have debugging configured in the kernel, but can recompile if usefull. Anyone with the same problems and/or ideas ? Rob Evers -- It is a book about a Spanish guy called Manual. You should read it. -- Dilbert
