Did you upgrade your system from 14.3? If so, if you try it in the 14.3 boot
environment, do you still get the high CPU usage?

I've been trying to see which variables cause this to manifest and which don't,
and thus far it manifests with:

- Firefox 147 on 15.0-RELEASE-p2 on labwc 0.9.3 with drm-66-kmod
- Firefox 146 on 15.0-RELEASE-p2 on labwc 0.9.3 with drm-66-kmod
- Firefox 145 on 15.0-RELEASE-p2 on labwc 0.9.3 with drm-66-kmod
- Firefox 143 on 15.0-RELEASE-p2 on labwc 0.9.3 with drm-66-kmod
- Firefox 147 on 15.0-RELEASE-p2 on labwc 0.9.3 with drm-61-kmod
- Firefox 145 on 15.0-RELEASE-p1 on labwc 0.9.2 with drm-66-kmod

and does not manifest with:

- Firefox 147 on 14.3-RELEASE-p8 on labwc 0.9.3 with drm-61-kmod
- Firefox 145 on 14.3-RELEASE-p5 on labwc 0.9.2 with drm-61-kmod

I'd've tested with a 14.3 userland running on 15.0 kernel, but seemingly
something wasn't very happy about the GPU when I tried to, as labwc crashed as
soon as I tried to open my terminal.
