Copy /usr/src/etc/usbd.conf to /etc/usbd.conf and restart usbd. From then on the mouse should be reattached whenever there is a new mouse. If you use moused on all mice connected and /dev/sysmouse (SysMouse type) in XF86Config that should work as well.
