If in rc.conf is configured more than 1 vlan, Freebsd loads with 'no carrier'. If 1 vlan is configured or without vlan NIC works fine. 12.0-RELEASE-p3 ix0@pci0:1:0:0: class=0x020000 card=0x065915d9 chip=0x15578086 rev=0x01 hdr=0x00 vendor = 'Intel Corporation' device = '82599 10 Gigabit Network Connection' class = network subclass = ethernet ixgbe_driver_version[] = "4.0.1-k" It can be fixed by installation the driver Version - 3.3.6 from downloadcenter.intel.com.
