Make sure that your next cvsup catches the update to the Makefile:

$ ident /usr/src/usr.bin/fetch/Makefile
/usr/src/usr.bin/fetch/Makefile:
     $FreeBSD: src/usr.bin/fetch/Makefile,v 1.9 2002/06/06 13:45:46 ru Exp
