Yes...

In the usual /usr/ports/www/apache13-modssl/ directory. I cvsupped and
built it earlier today without a hitch. Check your supfile.

To confirm you've updated the port, grep VERSION_APACHE Makefile to
confirm that it's updated to 1.3.26.
