Running 4.3-RELEASE on a 686 CPU Now using kernel GENERIC and I'm trying to build my first custom kernel. Toward the end of compile I get an error: "stopped in folder /usr/src" "error Code 1" I don't seem to have enything really special in the kernel, but it doesn't like something apparently. Anyone have a suggestion at this stage? Best regards, Jack L.
