Synopsis: Kernal Panik when try to install FreeBSD 4.0-RELEASE on my notebook State-Changed-From-To: open->feedback State-Changed-By: sheldonh State-Changed-When: Thu Jul 20 00:21:12 PDT 2000 State-Changed-Why: It looks like you have unknown ATA hardware (see the "Generic PCI ATA controller"). I'm assigning this to our ATA maintainer, but he'll almost certainly need to know exactly what ATA (IDE) chipset you're using. Could you find this out from your tech support people? Responsible-Changed-From-To: freebsd-bugs->sos Responsible-Changed-By: sheldonh Responsible-Changed-When: Thu Jul 20 00:21:12 PDT 2000 Responsible-Changed-Why: Soren will be interested in the feedback. http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=20035 To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-bugs" in the body of the message
