Hmm, I didn't really mean "don't commit it".  I was just wondering if it was
a good idea to make the problem go away rather than fix it.

I've no strong opinion either way, as long as the commit log explains the
"band-aid" side of this.  The reason I've not too concerned is because it will
only affect HTML output either way.
