Server ctm.berklix.org has
printenv TZ
Europe/Berlin
ls -l /pub/FreeBSD/development/CTM/ports-cur/
-rw-r--r-- 1 sms ctm 41716 Mar 29 16:31 ports-cur.13924.gz
-rw-r--r-- 1 sms ctm 174038 Mar 30 08:30 ports-cur.13925.gz
-rw-r--r-- 1 sms ctm 30150 Mar 31 00:30 ports-cur.13926.gz
-rw-r--r-- 1 sms ctm 4148 Mar 31 16:34 ports-cur.13927.gz
& date shows in sync with radio wall clock

I received all these by email (on my client host)
printenv TZ
Europe/Berlin
-r--r--r-- 1 mailnull mailnull 41716 Mar 29 16:36 ports-cur.13924.gz
-r--r--r-- 1 mailnull mailnull 174038 Mar 30 09:06 ports-cur.13925.gz
-r--r--r-- 1 mailnull mailnull 30150 Mar 31 00:36 ports-cur.13926.gz
-r--r--r-- 1 mailnull mailnull 4148 Mar 31 16:36 ports-cur.13927.gz

& ctm applied automaticaly up to 13927 on my
/pub/FreeBSD/branches/-current/ports with 9.2-RELEASE with /usr/sbin/ctm

Cheers,
