The first adapter is some kind of nForce. FreeBSD has nve(4) driver for adapters like this, but it doesn't support nForce Pro chipset yet. Linux treats this card like the following:

forcedeth.c: Reverse Engineered nForce ethernet driver. Version 0.48.
ACPI: PCI Interrupt Link [APCH] enabled at IRQ 23
ACPI: PCI Interrupt 0000:00:0a.0[A] -> Link [APCH] -> GSI 23 (level, low) -> IRQ 185
PCI: Setting latency timer of device 0000:00:0a.0 to 64
eth1: forcedeth.c: subsystem: 0108e:5348 bound to 0000:00:0a.0

The second adapter is actually Broadcom's Tigon3 [partno(BCM95721) rev 4101 PHY(5750)]. It is supported by bge(4).

PS I failed to make SATA-RAID running. It's not an issue for me since I consider all the software RAIDs to be just evil.
