These ssd are hmpre=3Dhmmin=3D16384(64MB). The same thing are occuring about two month in= tervals. Both machine are used ssd for zfs ZIL/L2ARC on FreeBSD 13.1R. I installed t= hese SSDs on 13.0R and they never happend more than 6 months.
