We offer flat rate connections with no time limits. However,
we do have a "fair go" policy which is that if the modem pool
is full then anyone who's been logged in for > 2 hours will
be booted with a 5 minute back off. Other than that we don't
care how long you stay logged in.
Most people are happy with that arrangement (they are told up front).
I suppose it depends on how many people you have subscribed per modem.
