Now, please: which version of FreeBSD, _exactly_?

freebsd-version -kru ; uname -aKU

Packages from quarterly, or latest?

pkg -vv | grep -e url -e enabled -e priority

Which packages are installed? For simplicity:

pkg prime-origins | sort

Which version of VMWare?

What are your virtual graphics preferences for the FreeBSD guest?

How much memory is given to the guest?

How much physical memory does the Mac have?

What's the model identifier of the Mac? (Find this in System Information.)

Which version of macOS?
