According to that bug at least rustc is not doable > under qemu-user which is how armv7 packages are built. > To be clear, that really only matters for user builds. bsd-user has been replaced in all official builders, as far as I'm aware, and official armv7 packages are done with COMPAT32 on an arm64 boxen.
