I would have thought there was quite a market for 128 bit
secure proxies, to avoid having to patch them. Then you wouldn't
have to patch every version of netscape you downloaded (or any
browser for that matter).

I know they exist for W95 and that they use SSLeay code.

I don't have a pointer here for that however.
