You can tweak your P4 watch list by using the 'p4 user' command.
Basically, there's a list of matching expressions at the bottom similar to
the p4 client command.  To see other people's personal branches, you can
add //depot/user/...; likewise, you can broaden the scope of project
watching.  Don't add //depot/..., since that will get all the vendor
imports from the FreeBSD CVS repository, which is quite a bit of stuff
:-).
