I'm curious as to the reasoning behind this? Is it simply to
distinguish things in the ports tree that aren't either ports or
categories? (Makefile, Mk, UIDs Tools etc.) If so, then why isn't it
also /usr/ports/Distfiles and /usr/ports/Packages ?
