I am at a total loss and am hoping that someone can tell me what is going on. For the last month my machine has been crashing. It will just be sitting there running like over night and I will come in and look at it in the morning and find it in an infinite loop with this on the screen. ad0: timeout waiting for DRQ - resetting ata0: resetting devices .. ata0-slave: timeout waiting for command=ef s=10 e=84 done ad0: WRITE command timeout tag=0 serv=0 - resetting ata0: resetting devices .. ata0-slave: timeout waiting for command=ef s=10 e=84 done In doing some research I believe this to be connected to some problem with DMA but I have nothing but the primary HDD mounted when this accurs and have tried installing on 4 different HDD. Is this a problem with my MBO or is it something in FBSD? Machine: K7VMA - MBO VIA VT8365 Northbridge VIA VT82C686B Southbridge 1g AMD Athlon 512m pc133 SDIMMs Any further information needed I will be happy to provide.
