Some 100baseTX eth cards don't do 100baseTX, full-duplex very well. I think it has something to do with the card's processor, or maybe the buffer, i forget. The point is, if you ARE doing 100baseTX, full-duplex, try putting it down to half-duplex, and see if that helps. It worked for me :) -Jesse P.S.
