          ichsmb(4) kernel module available,

          link state change notification sent to /dev/devctl,
          _dhcp user/group added,
          NetBSD specific rc.d scripts removed,
          OpenBSD dhclient imported,
          hostapd v0.3.7 imported,
          WPA Supplicant v0.3.8 imported, and
          pkg_create(1) -R flag added.
  
  Update release notes:
          Move "sendmail 8.13.4 import" to the userland changes section.
