The support in is 4.1-STABLE (not -RELEASE).  I suspect you could patch
the driver with the diff at:

Your best bet is probably to try a snapshot post August 3rd (when the
code was MFC'd).

For PCI device identification, http://www.yourvote.com/pci/ is your
friend.
