I updated from cvsup-master at Sun Sep  9 22:15:00 GMT 2001 and at
least CVSROOT/commitlogs/doc has epoch timestamp.

CVSup log shows every time like this:

...
SetAttrs CVSROOT/commitlogs/doc
...
