I'm having trouble adding an alias to my Intel Etherexpress Pro (fxp0). Here is the exact output: root$ /sbin/ifconfig fxp0 inet 204.212.36.170 netmask 255.255.255.0 broadcast 204.212.36.255 alias ifconfig: ioctl (SIOCAIFADDR): File exists root$ I've had the same problem on my FreeBSD NAT Router (4.6 as well).. I'm hoping this is just a release problem. If anyone can help me get that aliased and working I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks, Rob Vella _________________________________________________________________ Join the world’s largest e-mail service with MSN Hotmail. http://www.hotmail.com To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-stable" in the body of the message
