Hi Alexander,

You can submit a bug at bugs.freebsd.org .  I periodically go through  
the powerpc-related bug list and clean it up (commit patches, test  
bugs, etc).  Others do as well.  Also, reviews.freebsd.org is a good  
place for ready-to-commit patches.
