If there's direct support, I haven't found it.  However, after you've
configured the ATI All-In-Wonder to "TV Output" Mode with Windows, it
stays there. Right now I'm staring at an Fxtv window displaying the
console for a FreeBSD system booted on said card.

There are also specific projects to support some of the cards. You
might want to look around for those.
