As far as mounting goes, if these are like the compaq 1U boxes (DL360), then you "only" need to replace the vertical panel mount rails with ones that have the appropriate profile panel mount panel mount normal profile modified Dell/Compaq/HP profile __________ ___________ | | | |shelf/slider mount point front | | shelf/slider | |___________ (back)| | mount point | of | |___________ | rack | | | | The second profile doesn't foul the center line between the front and back panel mounts the way the standard one does.
