[This is probably off-topic, but where else can I go?] I've been trying for a couple of months to get WC (or whoever they are this week!) to change the credit card details for my FreeBSD subscription. I've tried four times via the web page and three times via email to "orders@" and have had no response apart from the seemingly automated response from the order server that my CC details have been declined and my CDs have not shipped.
