Possibly. This is a small part of ~60K of patches for locking bugs in console drivers (only ones that I use, syscons and sio) and subr_prf.c and subr_msgbuf.c. It is meant to be safe and easy to merge by itself, but I have too many little patches to merge one at a time. Bruce
