you can try this :
http://www.freshports.org/multimedia/linux-realplayer/
but since realplayer 10 is out now for linux you need to find out where
to download realplayer 8 for linux, as afaik the port for linux-realplayer
uses realplayer 8 and not 10

you can also try mplayer, but i'm not sure how easy it's to get it to
play ram-files
