The following reply was made to PR kern/75850; it has been noted by GNATS. From: Blaz Zupan <blaz@amis.net> To: bug-followup@FreeBSD.org, oleg@vsi.ru Cc: Subject: Re: kern/75850: Reboot hangs when swap resides on disks that connected to Mylex controller Date: Tue, 19 Jul 2005 13:07:31 +0200 I can confirm this bug. Machine has a Intel SAI2 motherboard and a Mylex AcceleRAID 352 controller. It normally hangs just after printing the uptime when rebooting the box, but when I remove /etc/rc.d/swap1 so that swap is not enabled at all, the machine can be rebooted normally. Also, DDB can not be invoked using ctrl+alt+ESC.
