Oh, btw, LanMind's and Covad's service area includes SF (feral.com is physically down on 3rd street). Make sure you ask them 3 times for sure about what data rates that are possible for how far you are from the Central Office - and use a phone number along with your addresss that *matches* the address because they use that to figure out where your Central Office is...
