Hi, We've got a bit of a problem with a named process. We run named on our virtual web server (now FreeBSD2.2.2). This has a whole class C of ip addresses and named tries to bind to them all. This is a bit excessive!! I've now patched named so that it can take a flag which specifies an IP address to bind to. Is there anyway that this functionallity could be make official? (So that it doesn't break on the next cvsup!) Joe -- Josef Karthauser Technical Manager Email: joe@pavilion.net Pavilion Internet plc. [Tel: +44 1273 607072 Fax: +44 1273 607073]
