Surprised no one mentioned conserver -- it is great in that you can can have one person using it, and multiple people watching what is going on. It is nice to be on the console at home, and when I go to work temperary "bump" the home process. But when I return home, I still have the full console output. One can do this with screen(1), but it takes planning that using conserver does not. ALSO conserver logs all console output to a file.
