Blah ... I was really hoping to stay out of this, but with respect I think this change went the wrong direction. How about: -f file Use an index file with the name "file," instead of /usr/ports/INDEX I'd actually rather change that to: -f CUSTOM Use an index file named "CUSTOM," ... But the rest of the examples use generic terms for their argument examples, and I don't want to break that style. knowing I'll hate myself for getting involved, Doug On 12/27/2011 16:53, Wesley Shields wrote: > wxs 2011-12-28 00:53:48 UTC > > FreeBSD ports repository > > Modified files: > Tools/scripts README.portsearch > Log: > Revert part of the previous commit, and make things a little more clear with > punctuation. > > Discussed with: eadler@ > > Revision Changes Path > 1.3 +1 -1 ports/Tools/scripts/README.portsearch > > http://www.FreeBSD.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/ports/Tools/scripts/README.portsearch.diff?&r1=1.2&r2=1.3&f=h > -- You can observe a lot just by watching. -- Yogi Berra Breadth of IT experience, and depth of knowledge in the DNS.
