As far I know Nintendo has already shipped more then 1 mio. It is based on a
development from SGI. It has a Mips 4300-100 processor. It has a second
chip, developed by SGI, which does the graphics. Take a look at
http://www.Mips.com/ They tell some stuff about it there.
