I would agree with that. For the betas it is arguable. However, this is
an alpha. While it doesn't matter as much on unix, the main reason this
is an Alpha is due to the changes rqeuired NT support. Some annoying
changes were required due to limitatons in NT. While there are some
improvements in 1.3a1 that can be very significant in some situations, it
isn't something that we really want everyone using unless they have two
clues to rub together because it hasn't had the normal prerelease (or
pre-beta...) testing.
