BTW, do you know who's usually maintaning the code?
We could use a content-disposition-header when downloading as 
pdf/ps/troff to specify a reasonable filename.
Currently, it will be stored as man.cgi locally.
Otherwise, I can file a PR tomorrow. I jusr discovered this a few day 
ago....
