"hangs at the APIC_IO" doesn't mean anything. Copy the last few lines of
kernel output if you want to convey any useful information.

No. The DL360 works fine (I have one next to me right now making an
awful racket). You probably just need to update the BIOS and set it up
correctly (try setting the OS for 'Linux' or 'Unixware 7').
